I was impressed with his excellent reviews so I requested a quote for my project. Chet answered and set up our first meeting and subsequent meetings promptly. Chet is a well organized, punctual businessman and a gentleman. He is a very experienced, reliable, meticulous builder. He is fair and a man of his word. He has a very impressive work ethic and involves his clients in all decision making related to the project, a great communicator. He is also very respectful of his clients property and keeps his worksite organized, clean and tidy. He was particularly mindful and careful not to disturb my plants and garden beds. I did not have any clean up to do after he completed the project I am very pleased with my beautifully finished deck and I would highly recommend Chet for any building or renovation needs.

I met Chet Boudreau about 20 years ago when I was searching for a contractor to build a large second-story addition to my home above the garage and family room. This was a uniquely challenging project in providing proper structural support along with an attractive architectural design for a full-size snooker table facility along with an adjoining bar and lounge. Chet offered a very compelling proposal, and there was no disappointment. To this day, visitors to my home are always in awe of this wonderful addition. It was early December 2019 when I made a decision regarding the en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom – it was essential to bite the bullet and tackle a much-needed renovation. I was scheduled for hip replacement in early January, and it was time to retire the jacuzzi. In its place, I was dreaming about a large, modern, custom-built, walk-in shower that would be appropriate for my low mobility in these “golden years”.
Chet's professionalism, great work ethic, and level of craftsmanship made this a very easy renovation. The results are outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be booking with him again in the near future on another project.

He plans projects with great detail meaning there are no surprises at the end. Unlike previous paint jobs, Chet caulked and filled — where others had just slapped on paint. I came to trust Chet’s judgment, quality, and work ethic 100%. He always gave me a price for a job up front, and always completed it within that budget. And he continuously did little extras along the way that he saw needed to be dealt with. He even trimmed back some tree branches that were dangerously close to the house. Chet is a pleasure to work with and totally reliable. I would have him back in an instant for projects large or small and gladly recommend him.
